My goal was to re-design the menu of a local restaurant and stick within the guidelines and essence of the restaurant's brand.
I chose Knub’s Pub — a fairly new establishment near Old K7 in Shawnee, Kansas. The current menu for this bar & grill was made by the owner (my old boss) and done to the best of his ability. Given my love for the place I once worked, I wanted to create a new menu that had more organization and soul to it.
